2. How Does Win Without Law School Work?
During each 10-week session, we will meet once per week via Zoom on Thursdays during the lunch hour (MST). The lectures will be available in the members' area for students to watch prior to the Thursday sessions. The Thursday sessions will be interactive sessions in which students practice their trial skills.
Yes and no. Although you will not be asked to turn in assignments, you will be asked to treat the case materials like a real case and to use the materials to prepare for a trial, as if it were real. By doing so, you will get the most out of the experience. Also, you will be asked to prepare for and participate in the interactive sessions on Thursdays, again, to get the most out of the experience.
During the interactive sessions, participants will practice the trial skills being focused on that week and the teacher will give feedback to those who practice in front of the group. Based upon the size of the class, all students will not be able to practice trial skills in front of the class every single week.
